these things are cheesesakes.

With this in mind, in Bra there is an unassumingly positioned cheese shop. There are no cries for attention, it doesn’t even need to whisper. It is quietly confident about its holiness (ba boom ch) because every visitor - whether expectant or not - is wholly ensnared in a bog of cheese. I use the term bog because of its density, its squelchiness, and this bog was a real pleasure, just as the image of David Bowie in pale blue Spandex tights in the Labyrinth is a real pleasure but the Bog of Stench, a location in the same movie is a displeasure.
